We are selectively partnering with established Independent Contractors and service companies to service our commercial clients in the region. We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing repair, maintenance, and small project work to keep operations running smoothly.
This is an opportunity to access consistent, project-based and recurring work without the need to prospect, estimate cold, or chase payments.

The selected contractor will provide general handyman and light maintenance services, including:
