RESPONISIBILITIES
  • Make recommendations on construction materials needed for projects
  • Shape or cut materials to specific measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws
  • Study work orders and plans to determine required work
  • Build and repair structures as needed for roofing and construction projects
  • Assist with building additional items for the office or special projects
  • Follow all company and departmental safety policies and procedures
  • Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed for the company.

IDEAL CANIDATE
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques used in building, repair, and remodeling
  • Comfortable working at heights and following safety procedures
  • Good communication, customer service, and leadership skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Strong physical stamina and endurance, with the ability to lift heavy materials safely
  • Valid driver’s license required
