PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for production and packaging of dry ice in accordance to customer orders.
• Safely operate a forklift and other machinery to load, sort, stage, and transport equipment throughout the warehouse
• Responsible for the day-to-day safety and operation of dry ice plant equipment, including block, extrusion equipment and saws
• Trouble shooting and routine maintenance of dry ice equipment
• Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and requirements including proper personal protective equipment for employees and visitors
• Adhere to the CK Core Values through behavior and words
• Other duties, as assigned, within the job classification and business

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be capable of completing basic mathematical calculations and entering correct information on logs and other reports.
• Capable of working in diverse and often times unpleasant weather conditions.
• Must be able to work independently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
• Must be able to lift or move products up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Visual acuity as needed to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
• Must be able to hear safety alarms and alerts to ensure safety of coworkers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Work in noisy, loud conditions, that at times will require PPE.
• Work in all seasons of outdoor weather conditions
