Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Fold dry mops. Inspectย  linen to ensure quality standards are met.ย  Follow standard operating procedures, in addition to the requirements of HLAC and of the customer. Must meet quality and production standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ย 
  • Be on time.
  • Have excellent attendance.
  • Meet established production standards.
  • Follow all company safety rules.
  • Be able to work well with a diverse workforce.
  • Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Possess and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Keep work area and the company premises clean and organized.
  • Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise.
  • Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: ย 
  • Be able to stand on feet up to 12 hours a day.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to process linen.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to performs tedious tasks for entire shift.
  • Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling.
