Job description

We have an opening for an Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Hondru Chevrolet Manheim.

The starting pay ranges vary depending on your experience. If you are a highly motivated and skilled technician, there is an unlimited earning potential, and we pay the full warranty time. 

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

As an automotive technician, your responsibilities include:

  • Performing work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.

  • Test driving vehicles, testing components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive systems.

  • Communicating directly with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed of any additional services needed.

  • Completing repairs under warranty to the manufacturer's specifications.

  • Performing other duties as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.

  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills

  • State Inspection License and Emissions License

  • Valid Drivers License
