We are The Goddard School of Raleigh North Hills!  We are set to open our beautiful, new facility in early September where we will boast three infant classrooms.  These rooms are full and ready for passionate, warm, responsive, and experienced early childhood educators.
What's different about our school? 
We staff our infant classrooms with THREE full-time teachers to provide an added layer of support. The classroom capacity for each classroom is 10 students.
Hours available:
7:30a-4:30p
8:00a-5:00p
8:30a-5:30p
9:00a-6:00p
Positions available:
  • Leads must have an earned degree and two years of experience ($18+ per hour)
  • Assistants must have credentials and one year of experience ($16+ per hour)

Compensation is based on education and experience. 
Responsibilities include:
1.  Greeting children and families warmly every day at drop off and pick up
2.  Timely custodial care to include diapering and feeding, embedding learning objectives and fostering oral language development
3.  Engagement and lesson plan implementation to foster growth across all domains
4.  Assess growth and development through our assessment tool and communicate these goals and opportunities twice per year at minimum through planned conferences
5.  Communicate with parents through our app to share daily pictures, a weekly video, and messages about their child's day
6.  Love on the babies to build strong bonds and attachments through trust
