Drop Bury Team Lead

Location:Pinehurst

NC FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pay: $25$30/hr


Job Summary
Leads drop bury operations including underground fiber placement, cable burial, restoration, and pathway preparation.


Key Responsibilities

Lead drop bury activities

Perform hand trenching and machine trenching

Bury cable from home to curb/street

Ensure proper depth and routing

Conduct fiber verification/testing

Splicing of fiber as needed

Guide assistant technician

Maintain safety and quality standards


Requirements

Underground / OSP fiber experience

Knowledge of burial and trenching practices

Fiber splicing experience preferred

Valid drivers license
