Job Summary:
PRI Global is seeking Operations Engineers to manage and support vendor applications and perform configuration tasks. The role involves handling infrastructure-level troubleshooting with a focus on continuous improvement and ensuring system stability and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Support and manage vendor applications and packaged solutions
• Perform application configuration, setup, and environment management
• Work on system-level operations including deployments and incident resolution
• Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure across Windows servers and network environments
• Collaborate with development and vendor teams for issue resolution
• Learn and support Formscape templates and Drools rules engine configurations
• Ensure system stability, performance, and SLA adherence
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in application support / operations / production support
• Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and networking basics
• Exposure to configuration management and vendor tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• 4–8 years in operations/support roles
Preferred:
• Knowledge of rules engines (Drools) and document/template tools (Formscape)
• Basic understanding of scripting/automation
