Production Technician (Electro-Mechanical Assembly)Build Technology That Delivers When It Matters Most

Are you the type of person who enjoys building things with your hands, solving technical challenges, and seeing the direct impact of your work? Join a mission-driven team developing advanced drone technology that is transforming the way critical medical supplies reach people when and where they need them most.

We're seeking a Production Technician to support the assembly and testing of next-generation unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). In this role, you'll work on flight-critical electronics, avionics, cable harnesses, composite structures, and mechanical assemblies that help power real-world, life-saving operations. You'll collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment where precision, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement are highly valued.

If you're passionate about aerospace technology, electromechanical assembly, and building innovative products that make a difference, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in the assembly, testing, and production of sophisticated drone systems. You'll be trusted to build high-quality products, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure every aircraft meets stringent manufacturing and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly of drone systems and subassemblies using engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Assemble and test avionics components, including:

  • Route, secure, and organize cables and harnesses while ensuring compliance with assembly documentation and quality standards.
  • Apply precision adhesives, bonding techniques, and composite assembly processes for structural aircraft components.
  • Follow Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs), SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures to ensure consistent, repeatable builds.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, torque tools, measurement equipment, and assembly fixtures to complete work accurately and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct functional testing and verification of assemblies to ensure products meet quality and performance requirements.
  • Provide hands-on feedback to Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve product design, manufacturability, and assembly efficiency.
  • Accurately document build status, inspection results, and production data within designated systems.
  • Support fabrication and assembly of sheet metal, tube structures, composite components, and drone airframes as needed.
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and escalate concerns proactively to maintain production schedules and product quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
