Status/Pay/Benefits:
  • Seasonal, full-time, non-exempt.
  • The 2026 season is July - December.

  • Hourly rate starting at $17.00, commensurate with experience.

  • Excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, 403(b) retirement plan, and generous leave time.

Requirements
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with environmental issues, science, arts, education, recreation, and health.
  • Demonstrable experience working with children is preferred; elementary, middle, and high school.
  • Able to speak, read, and write clearly and coherently in the English language.
  • Able to work regular hours for the position and other hours for special events as assigned.
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Meets, CampBrain, and Gazebo.
