About the job CDL Truck Driver - Recent Grads Welcome
American Driver is seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Rogers, AR, including candidates with limited or no professional driving experience through a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily east of I-35.
What we offer:

  • Stable W2 employment with year-round freight and consistent work
  • Pay: $1,200-$1,500 per week via direct deposit weekly
  • Fully paid training program for eligible recent CDL school graduates (three to five weeks)
  • Safety and performance bonus opportunities
  • Reliable home time: weekly or every two weeks, depending on fleet assignment
  • Late-model equipment: assigned Freightliner or Kenworth tractors
  • Day-one benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off and paid holidays; paid orientation
Training program:
  • Paid three to five week training for recent CDL school graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction
  • Training includes safe tractor-trailer operation, ELD use, trip reporting, and pre/post-trip inspections
  • Progress assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments
Minimum qualifications:
  • 21y old and Valid Class A CDL
  • Completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school - required to enter our paid training program
  • Satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
