Job Details

We are seeking a Non-CDL Local Delivery Driver (Box Truck) to join our client's HVAC and appliance supply store and warehouse team in Rogers, AR. This is a first-shift position with a Monday through Friday schedule, typically between 8:00am - 5:00pm, with occasional Saturdays required. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and customer-focused, with the ability to handle physical work and interact with customers in a courteous and helpful manner.

Job Summary:
The Non-CDL Local Delivery Driver (Box Truck) will play a key role in ensuring products are delivered safely and efficiently to customers, while also supporting warehouse operations. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer service attitude. The driver will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, coordinating with customers and maintenance workers on deliveries, and operating a company box truck for local routes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a company box truck to make local deliveries of HVAC and appliance products.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and accuracy.
  • Greet and assist customers both in the warehouse and during deliveries.
  • Coordinate with customer maintenance workers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
