Job Title: Driver Support / Helper

Reports To: Lead

Approved By: General Manager


Summary

This is the entry level member of our Eco Movers team and is responsible for helping the Lead accomplish each move in an organized and safe manner while showing a high regard for the customerโ€™s possessions.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Packing objects of various sizes and weights
  2. Repetitive lifting up to 100lbs ; and lifting with other team members (dependent on items)
  3. Disassembly and reassembly of common furniture pieces and bed frames
  4. Loading and unloading delivery trucks
  5. Counting inventory for both Customer and Company
  6. Stocking the trucks or warehouse
  7. Padding, prepping, shrink wrapping furniture
  8. Shop work, basic janitorial functions at the warehouse


Requirements:

  3. Basic understanding of English language
  4. Must be well-groomed and presentable to enter Customersโ€™ homes
