CDL-A Local Drivers - DFW Home Daily $27-32/hr rate

Cohesive Outsourcing Solutions

Dallas, TX • On-site

$27 - $32/hr

Full-time

Posted 1 hour ago

Job description

Cohesive Outsourcing Solutions is a new DFW based staffing agency that focuses on permanent placements for CDL drivers. We are building a high quality pipeline of local and regional drivers for dedicated routes with small and mid sized fleets across the Dallas Fort Worth area. If you want steady work, to be home more, and to have someone in your corner during the hiring process, we would like to hear from you.

Minimum qualifications

  • Valid CDL A license
  • Eligible for interstate or intrastate commercial driving under FMCSA and Texas law
  • Clean motor vehicle record with generally no more than three moving violations or at fault accidents in the past three years
  • At least twelve months of recent and verifiable tractor trailer experience within the last three years
  • No DUI, DWI, or OWI within the last five years
  • Able to pass a DOT compliant drug screen and background check
  • Able to meet DOT medical certification requirements and all applicable safety regulations

What we are looking for

We are looking for professional CDL A drivers who prefer local or regional work, value safety, and are ready for permanent roles rather than short term or temporary assignments. If you want home daily or home weekly routes, consistent schedules, and competitive pay, you will be a strong fit for the driver pool we are building.

Why join our driver pipeline now

As a newer agency we are carefully selecting our first group of drivers and giving them priority when we match with DFW fleets. We focus on permanent placements, competitive local and regional pay starting at 27 to 32 dollars per hour for home daily routes, and we help streamline the DOT paperwork so the process feels more organized and less stressful for you. There is no fee to you as a driver.

How to Apply:
Please follow the application link above and also complete a short questionnaire here: https://docs.google.com/forms/...

Serious and safety minded drivers only. If you are ready for better local or regional work in DFW, we would be glad to consider you for upcoming opportunities.
