Description
  • Manage overall pickup operations and ensure SLA compliance across service regions
  • Monitor and improve customer pickup timeliness and operational performance
  • Oversee driver dispatch operations and optimize daily routing efficiency
  • Coordinate pickup operations for key accounts and large-volume customers
  • Investigate and resolve pickup-related operational exceptions and service failures
  • Analyze pickup operational costs and implement cost control initiatives
