Restoration Operations Manager

SERVPRO of Woodcrest/El Cerrito/Lake Mathews is seeking a driven and experienced Restoration Operations Manager to lead our Water Division. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional service deliveryliving out our mission to make property damage "Like it never even happened!" As the Restoration Operations Manager, you will manage, support, and motivate the entire Restoration Division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and staff development. You will continue to ensure our Restoration Teams make every type of property damage "Like it never even happened!"

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and motivate the Restoration Division to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability
  • Maintain consistent communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong, high-performing workforce
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements in partnership with leadership
  • Oversee maintenance of facilities, vehicles, equipment, and inventory
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to improve operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, productivity, and organizational capacity
  • Continuously develop leadership, management, and restoration expertise

Position Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • At least one year of restoration industry experience preferred
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
  • Strong process and results driven attitude
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
