Job description

At Diamond Peak; Assist with planning, directing & leading daily activities for Property Ops & Transportation/Parking, incl. coordinating work schedules. Req: 2 yrs. related exp./training bldg. maintenance incl. basic carpentry, plumbing & electrical. Prior janitorial exp. & ski industry knowledge a plus. Able to lift &/or move 50 - 100 lbs. Good org., communication & cust. svc; good general maint. & repair skills; deal w/changing circumstances positively. Work well in high volume & high traffic areas. Valid Driver's License; CDL w/passenger endorsement preferred; or ability to obtain w/in an agreed upon timeframe. Function well in adverse weather conditions & intermediate ski or snowboard skills. Work schedule incl. weekends/holidays. Rate: $25/hr. DOQ/DOE. Note: Tentative start of season is mid-December. Some training may be held prior. *Food & beverage and recreation discounts*
