Here at Apple Valley Insulation - Reno, NV, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager - Construction Operations with strong leadership abilities to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day branch operations and field activities
  • Assist with crew scheduling and production coordination
  • Conduct jobsite visits, quality inspections, and safety audits
  • Coach and develop installers and field personnel
  • Support inventory, equipment, and fleet management
  • Help resolve customer concerns and jobsite issues
  • Promote compliance with OSHA, Washington L&I, and company safety standards
  • Build strong relationships with employees, customers, and builders
  • Support branch performance and operational goals

Role Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of insulation experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of insulation installation methods (batts, blown-in, and spray foam)
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance requirements
  • Ability to read plans, perform field measurements, and understand job specifications
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of DOT regulation
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
