Run the miles you deserve. We are a high-performance OTR fleet looking for professional drivers who want to clear 3,200+ miles a week without being micro-managed or held back by slow equipment. 100% No-touch freight. You choose your trailer, you choose your pay.

THE PAY SCALE (1099 Position)

  • REEFER: $0.75 CPM | $2,400 – $2,700 Avg. Weekly Gross.
  • DRY VAN: $0.70 CPM | $2,250 – $2,450 Avg. Weekly Gross.
  • ALL MILES PAID: Empty or Loaded. No unpaid "deadhead."
  • Settlements: Direct Deposit every Friday—no delays.
  • Extras: $150 Layover | $25/hr Detention (after 2 hrs).

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

We have a fast-track orientation—qualified drivers can be dispatched within 4 hours of arrival.

  • Experience: 1.5+ years of verifiable OTR experience (License must show 2+ years).
  • Testing: Standard DOT Urine Screen ONLY (No Hair Follicle testing).
  • Stability: Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
  • Safety: Max 2 violations (3 yrs); No reckless or 15+ MPH speeding.
  • Hiring Area: Nationwide EXCEPT CA, MS, LA, and AL.
  • Disqualifiers: No DUI/DWI or SAP history (Lifetime).
