Job Overview
Staff on Site currently has a client that is expanding, and we need an Expeditor to join their team! We are looking for someone who has prior construction experience and is passionate about home building.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractors and their schedules at each job.
  • Communicate with customers when someone is at their job.
  • Help process job change orders as needed.
  • Schedule inspections· Complete framing finish lists.
  • Pick up and return material when needed.
  • Inspect houses for quality control
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years' experience in the construction/remodeling industry required·
  • Good with your hands and likes to build things
  • Ability to lift to 50lbs
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to handle high stress situations
  • Willingness to go the extra mile: arrive early or stay late as needed
  • Valid driver's license
Standing: Prolonged periods of standing (up to 8–10 hours per shift). Walking: Frequent walking around
