Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, support, and recommendations to fellow administrators to promote consistency and efficiency throughout the orientation process.
  • Identify gaps, challenges, and breakdowns within the orientation process and recommend effective solutions for improvement.
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional, and positive environment while effectively managing the demands of a fast-paced workplace.
  • Collect, review, upload, and maintain all required documentation necessary to initiate and successfully complete the driver orientation process.
  • Monitor drivers throughout each stage of the orientation and onboarding process, ensuring timely updates to their status and identifying any outstanding requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute daily status reports to all members of the Orientation and Processing teams.
  • Prepare and distribute the daily class schedule to all drivers and ensure the schedule is clearly posted and readily accessible.
  • Provide timely assistance and support to drivers throughout the orientation process, addressing questions, concerns, and administrative needs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records while ensuring all required processes and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Orientation and Processing teams to ensure a smooth, consistent, and efficient onboarding experience for every driver.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow and maintain a structured, organized, and efficient process designed to provide a positive and consistent experience for every driver.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer applications.
  • Accurate and efficient data-entry skills.
  • Ability to identify problems, take initiative, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
