Job description

Work Hours: 8 hour minimum work day with opportunity for overtime/OT pay and double pay on Sundays (infrequent) as project needs arise. Travel roughly 30%.

Location: Easton, PA

Compensation: Starting at $20-24/hr without CDL and $22-26/hr with a valid CDL, increasing with experience and licensure. Overtime/OT pay available.

Driller Assistant Role Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Adhere to all safety programs and policies.
    • Participate in daily safety briefings and drills.
    • Properly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Equipment Preparation and Maintenance:
    • Conduct daily checks and routine maintenance of drilling equipment.
    • Report equipment malfunctions or repair needs.
    • Manage tool inventory and assist in equipment setup.
  • Operational Support:
    • Assist in site setup, material handling, and waste management.
    • Support drilling process and data collection.
    • Maintain site cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Client Satisfaction and Communication:
