Lako Drilling, Inc. is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Drilling Laborers. If you’re looking for hands-on outdoor work and a long-term career in the drilling and construction industry, we will train you—no prior experience required.


What You’ll Do
  • Assist with water well drilling operations
  • Work alongside experienced drillers on job sites
  • Help operate and maintain equipment such as drill rigs, horizontal boring machines, excavators, skid steers, and trenchers
  • Load/unload materials and keep job sites organized
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, bending, standing)
