Description:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused team member to join our team in a hybrid role supporting both drift boat outfitting and drift boat sales. This position involves assisting in the assembly, customization, and maintenance of drift boats while also helping customers through the sales process to ensure an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, personable, and adaptable, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This individual will communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, troubleshoot issues during the outfitting process, and contribute to a professional, organized, and customer-focused workplace.


Requirements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in developing, measuring, and meeting/exceeding standards and timelines for boat outfitting, assembly, and customer service tasks.
  • Assist in the outfitting, assembly, maintenance, and preparation of drift boats for delivery and customer use.
  • Support drift boat sales by educating customers on products, features, and available options to help match them with the right boat and accessories.
  • Communicate progress updates, timelines, and customer needs with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Perform maintenance duties and daily operational tasks related to boat preparation, shop organization, and sales support.
  • Request supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete projects and help maintain inventory.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting during the boat outfitting and preparation process.
  • Maintain product knowledge of drift boats, accessories, and related equipment.
  • Follow safety practices and report concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop and showroom environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
