• SAP MDG-M (Material Master)
• SAP MDG-BP (Business Partner)
• SAP MDG-S (Supplier/Vendor)
• SAP MDG-C (Customer)
• SAP MDG-F (Finance)
• Strong ABAP OO development experience. 
Experience with: 
• BRF+,Workflow Configuration,Data Replication Framework (DRF),BAdIs & Enhancements,FPM/UI Modeling,SAP Fiori,CDS Views,OData Services,IDOCs/BAPIs/RFCs
• Experience integrating SAP MDG with SAP and non-SAP applications. 
• Strong understanding of Master Data Governance principles and best practices.
 
Roles & Responsibilities
 We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Technical Developer with strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP S/4HANA, and ABAP Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-wide master data governance solutions across Material, Business Partner, Supplier, Customer, and Finance domains.
The candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP MDG technical development, workflow configuration, data quality management, integrations, and S/4HANA transformation programs.
 
Key Responsibilities
SAP MDG Development & Configuration
• Design and develop SAP MDG solutions for Material, Customer, Vendor, Business Partner, and Financial Master Data.
• Configure and enhance MDG Data Models, Entity Types, Attributes, UI Components, and Change Request Processes.
• Develop and maintain Validation Rules, Derivation Rules, and Business Rules using BRF+.
• Configure and enhance Workflow Processes for governance and approval automation.
• Implement Data Replication Framework (DRF) and integration scenarios.
Technical Development
• Develop custom ABAP Objects, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, CDS Views, OData Services, and APIs.
• Design and implement MDG customizations using ABAP OO.
• Build Fiori applications and enhance SAP MDG user interfaces.
• Develop interfaces using IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, SOAP, REST APIs, CPI, and SAP Integration Suite.
Data Governance & Quality
• Implement enterprise data governance standards and controls.
• Support data stewardship processes and data quality initiatives.
• Develop validation, duplicate checks, standardization, and enrichment solutions.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to ensure compliance with governance policies.
SAP S/4HANA & Migration Support
• Participate in ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration programs.
• Support master data design, cleansing, conversion, and governance activities.
• Assist in fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
Project Delivery
• Prepare technical specifications and design documents.
• Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and architects.
• Support defect resolution, performance tuning, and production support activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance to project teams.
 
Preferred Qualifications
•  SAP MDG Certification. 
•  Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). 
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI. 
• Knowledge of SAP Data Migration tools such as SAP BODS, Migration Cockpit, or Information Steward. 
• Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Utilities, or Automotive industries. 
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.
