Job description

Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced, engaging, and organized professional nanny to support a busy family in Miami in a long-term role. This position is a true partnership with the parents, requiring someone who is intuitive, adaptable, and confident, while also being sweet, patient, and nurturing. The ideal candidate can set clear boundaries while maintaining a calm, positive presence. Care will be for two children, ages 6 and 8, with a focus on age-appropriate activities, creativity, and engagement.

During the school year, the role leans heavily into household management, including running errands, light housekeeping, family laundry, meal prep and cooking, organizing, and driving the children to activities. The nanny will help keep the home running smoothly and support the family’s daily flow.

During the summer, the family relocates to Canada, and the nanny must be comfortable traveling and living in for several months. This time is more childcare-focused, centered around engaging the children in fun, structured summer routines.

The schedule is Tuesday–Saturday from 11 PM–7 PM, with some flexibility as needed. Competitive pay is offered at $30–$32/hour for a professional, proactive candidate with strong communication skills.
