  • Assist with engineering department needs and provide professional assistance
  • Focus on drafting projects and assist in solidifying standards for the first few months
  • Directly set up and manage the fabrication aspect of the engineering department workflow
  • Provide shop drawings, material take-offs; cut sheets for fabrication
  • Provide reviews of work by drafters in the department

  • Experience with Rhino a PLUS
  • Glazing Contractor experience a PLUS
  • Experience in light-gage sheet metal fabrication using steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum materials, etc
  • Familiarity and experience with metal finishing techniques and metal finishing equipment
  • Mathematical skills as applied to metal fabrication
  • Competent in interpreting metal fabrication production orders, patterns, and method layouts
