This involves regularly flushing and sanitizing the lines, faucets, and related equipment according to industry standards. Draft Line Cleaners may also inspect and repair equipment to ensure optimal operation. Their work is essential for maintaining quality and customer satisfaction in establishments that serve draft beer.
