Job description

Draft Line Cleaner

General summary: South Sarasota/Venice territory. Candidate must reside near territory. Driving to Tampa office one time per month for team meetings.

Maintains and enhances customer relationships with on premise accounts throughout territory by performing exceptional service in the cleaning of draft lines. Performs minor preventative maintenance on draft systems and reports serious maintenance issues to immediate supervisor.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Receives weekly schedule of accounts from immediate supervisor.
  • May handle urgent requests as needed.
  • Cleans draft line per established quality standards.
  • Bi-weekly cleaning of all assigned accounts.
  • Quarterly acid wash.
  • If performing minor or preventative maintenance on draft beer systems, ensures immediate supervisors is kept informed of these activities to include:
    • Faucets
    • Tavern heads, for all accounts at time of cleaning.
    • Breaks down lines from kegs to flush out lines and remove any buildup.
    • Inspects parts for wear or other defects.
  • Provides high quality service in an efficient manner meeting productivity expectations.
  • Works special events as needed or when required.
  • Maintains and cleans all equipment at major venues.
  • May drive J.J. Taylor truck.
  • Assists with the cleaning and servicing of special event equipment at warehouse.
  • Cleans used draft equipment in order to place it back into inventory.
  • May assist with product deliveries when needed.
  • Works overtime when required. (Typical workday begins upon arrival at first account and ends with the completions of departure from final account of day)
  • Performs any additional duties and special tasks assigned by the Draft Manager.
  • Candidate must reside near territory and travel to Tampa office once a month for team meetings.
