Proper line cleaning prevents build-up of yeast, mold, and bacteria, preserving the taste and safety of draft beverages. Draft Line Cleaners may also inspect and repair equipment to ensure optimal operation. Their work is essential for maintaining quality and customer satisfaction in establishments that serve draft beer.
