Position Purpose

Provides a safe and clean environment for our customers including custodial housekeeping services for Feather Falls Casino.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•    Represent Brewery/ Casino for the purpose of delivering bottles and keg beer.
•    Invoicing and tracking all sales to offsite accounts.
•    Gaining an in-depth knowledge about all of our beers.
•    Pass the servers level of the “Cicerone” program.
•    Perform draft beer installs and bi-monthly tap line cleaning for all draft accounts.
•    Maintain visual aesthetics of the Brewery Vehicle and any Brewery equipment used.
•    Be able to initiate contact with potential new customers for both bottle and draft beer.
•    Socialize with clients and customers as well as other customer relations duties.
•    Get involved in various on-site and off-site beer events.
•    Maintain accurate invoicing of beer and brewery inventory, and help ensure the brewery is in compliance with all Californian ABC regulations.
