Our Company
Clearwater Family Medicine and Allergy, PA was originally J. Wayne Phillips, MD. PA which was founded in 1979 by Dr. Phillips, Dr. Rellerโ€™s father. Dr. Phillips is currently practicing today in a reduced capacity/consultation basis. Dr. Phillips is a fellow of AAAAI and a recurrent recipient of the Top Doctor recognition which created an excellent legacy as an expert in allergy and immunology in the Tampa Bay community.
Clearwater Family Medicine and Allergy, PA (CFMA) operates from two locations, with Clearwater serving as the primary office and Palm Harbor functioning as a satellite office. Both Dr. Phillips and Dr. Reller hope to preserve the prestigious legacy by finding the right candidate to assist with the allergy side of the practice. Dr. Reller took over as owner in August 2022 with a vision to improve and preserve the practice.
Dr. Reller is a board-certified professional in Family and Community Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Initially an Electrical Engineer, she shifted to medicine, completing her education at Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland. In 2016, she joined her father's practice in Florida, specializing in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. In 2017, Dr. Reller established her family practice. She obtained board certification in Obesity Medicine in 2021 to better assist her patients. Dr. Reller is an active member of professional medical organizations and resides in Safety Harbor with her husband and three children, enjoying activities like exercising and soccer.
She is forward-thinking, and is working to integrate technology into every aspect of the practice. We already have updated our electronic health records and revenue cycle management, and
remote patient monitoring for improved data-driven management of asthma, hypertension, and obesity. We will also be implementing new software to optimize allergen immunotherapy and a new device to improve pulmonary function testing and diagnosis.
Responsibilities:
โ— Diagnose and treat patients with health disordersย 
โ— Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop effective treatment plansย 
โ— Stay updated on the latest advancements in medicineย 
โ— Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient careย 
โ— Provide telemedicine services to patients when appropriate and in accordance with relevant regulationsย 
โ— Utilize electronic health record systems efficiently and accurately for documentation and communication
โ— Will treat both adult and pediatric patients, with an average volume of 18-22 patients per day, and build a full panel of patients to serve.ย 
โ— Will work efficiently by prepping charts and finishing on time with charts closed.
Qualifications
Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine Demonstrated clinical experience in diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on empathy and effective communication Clear and effective communication skills, both with patients and colleagues

We will provide mentorship in coding appropriately for optimal reimbursement for the work you do.
We will teach you how to market yourself and build a personal brand in order to leverage social media and network effectively. We will demonstrate how to develop the relationships that lead to 5-star reviews. Physicians will enjoy a flexible schedule with an option of a 4-day work week, without any expectation to work on the weekends.
