Job description

Summary

To maintain the Quality Assurance software with an emphasis on Carelogic and Salesforce platforms for the agency. This role focuses on day-to-day operations, managing user administration, providing technical support, and performing systems maintenance tasks. Maintain and manage users, roadmaps, release notes, data governance, training, and other system maintenance. Gather requirements and additionally, the role involves configuring platform changes to support new and existing programs and funding sources, as well as providing training to new and existing users to ensure effective system utilization. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1.    Maintain all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, permissions, and security across systems.
2.    Construct system configuration changes, including (but not limited to): fields, page layouts, record types, apps, custom settings, dashboards, reports, activities, procedures, modifiers, fee matrices, and payers.
3.    Support program staff by monitoring department functions and serving as an alternate in various administrative and system tasks, providing support and coverage as needed.
4.    Attend relevant program and billing meetings to identify needed system configuration changes and assist in resolving billing issues. 
5.    Facilitate the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
6.    Manage user support tickets.
7.    Monitor and improve user adoption.
8.    Create and maintain training materials/SOPs.
9.    Provide new user and ongoing training.
10.    Maintain and support integrated applications including (but not limited to): DocuSign, Conga, Survey Monkey, Outlook, Dr. First, etc.
11.    Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
12.    Other duties may be assigned.

Educations Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Systems Administration preferred. Applicable industry certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, CompTIA, or similar credentials, also considered. Required to obtain relevant system training and/or certifications within 1 year of hire. 

Experience Requirements

Relevant experience with information systems, user management, CRM/EHR administration, and/or familiarity with medical coding and billing is highly desirable.
