Job description

The Admin Office position at our Montessori school supports a large team of 16+ members by managing essential office functions that ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves handling both internal team coordination and frequent interaction with external clients and vendors, operating under some supervision but requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and manage data entry tasks
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory management
  • Provide customer support to clients, parents, and vendors
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare related documentation
  • Manage filing systems ensuring easy retrieval of documents
  • Handle inbound phone calls professionally
  • Prepare and organize documents for internal and external use

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in office administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
