The outpatient office environment at Strongpoint Rehabilitation is designed to enhance patient recovery and collaboration among healthcare professionals. Our facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and resources, ensuring that our therapists can implement the most effective treatment modalities. The team operates from Monday to Friday, with work hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

As a Physical Therapist at Strongpoint Rehabilitation, you will:

• Understand and comply with state practice acts that govern physical therapy.
• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize specific assessment tools to determine patient needs and document clinical findings comprehensively.
• Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation results and patient presentations, adjusting approaches as needed to align with evolving healthcare trends.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, consulting with other healthcare providers when necessary and recognizing when a patient’s condition changes and their care plan requires modification.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, including initial evaluations, ongoing progress summaries, and discharge plans, fostering clear communication within the patient’s care continuum.
• Engage in facility meetings and contribute to team efforts aimed at improving patient access and care quality.

The primary clientele served in our outpatient office includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Physical therapists at Strongpoint Rehabilitation work intimately with patients of all ages, from children to seniors, addressing their unique rehabilitation needs and helping them regain functionality and quality of life.

Candidates applying for this position must possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• A valid state license to practice as a DPT.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• A current CPR certification.

Experience in using modern physical therapy modalities and techniques, proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, and previous participation in multidisciplinary care teams are preferred attributes that enhance a candidate's suitability for this role.
