  • Opportunities for continuing education and reimbursals for licensure
  • Paid time off coupled with flexible scheduling
  • A nurturing team culture with paths for clinical advancement

Every single day in this role promises variety, and every connection holds significance. As a trusted guide, you'll play a crucial part in the early stages of recovery. Whether you're helping a patient stabilize post-surgery or enabling someone to reclaim their abilities following a stroke, your influence will be profound.
This position blends hands-on expertise with heartfelt care. You will assess needs, implement strategically targeted treatment plans, and adjust care approaches as your patients strive for progress. As a vital member of our collaborative care team, you'll ensure seamless discharge planning and transitions to home.
The role requires both precision and presence - and the rewards are immeasurable. Because here, your impact is immediate, and your care is genuinely transformative.
Experience the Beauty of Boise
While your work may occur within healthcare settings, your life in Boise moves beyond those walls. This city is a place where the stunning surroundings of the foothills invite exploration, the Boise River encourages outdoor adventures, and a vibrant cultural scene infuses daily life with energy.
Imagine weekends spent hiking through picturesque trails, soaking in the charm of local farmers' markets, and indulging in delectable cuisine from renowned food trucks. Boise thrives on creativity, innovation, and community spirit, making it a place where your profession can flourish while you enjoy life's myriad pleasures.
In addition to lifestyle benefits, Boise also boasts practical advantages: no state income tax, exceptional educational institutions, and a cost of living that allows for a high quality of life. From the vibrant downtown area to the serene parks, you'll discover a rhythm that suits your lifestyle perfectly.
With its blend of urban flair and natural beauty, Boise is a community where healthcare professionals feel welcomed and supported on their journey.
