Family Law Attorney Hybrid | Downtown Denver, CO Schedule: Monday- Friday The Staff Pad has partnered with a professional, client-focused, and collaborative law firm dedicated to fostering a strong workplace culture with growth opportunities and work/life balance. This fast-growing, multi-state firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its Colorado team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of family law and civil litigation experience, with proven trial exposure, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to provide strategic legal counsel to clients.

This is a hybrid position, with attorneys expected to be in the Downtown Denver office at least 3 days per week. The role offers the opportunity to handle meaningful client matters, build strategies for case success, and represent clients in both negotiations and courtroom proceedings with the support of senior counsel. Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Research and analyze legal issues. Conduct discovery and depositions. Provide strategic legal advice to clients.

Negotiate settlements. Represent clients in court proceedings. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.

Qualifications: Licensed attorney in Colorado (required). Minimum of 3 years of family law experience. Background in general civil litigation with trial experience.
