Position Details:

• This is a full-time, in-office position with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for a professional with:

• The ability to efficiently manage a large caseload while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
• Candidates should be proficient in efficiently navigating Windows 11, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Candidates should be generally tech-savvy and have the aptitude to deftly navigate our case management software and other programs and applications including responsible use of LLMs/AI.  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in order to maintain high standards.
• Superior customer service skills, along with a warm and positive attitude,
• High energy, efficiency, and professionalism, so you can contribute to a productive work atmosphere.
• The ability to obtain a Notary within 90 days of hire.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate.
