This role is offered within a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong connections with fellow team members. The outpatient office environment is rooted in collaboration and support, providing clinicians with access to resources that enhance client care. Your role involves direct outreach within the community, creating a connection with clients both in their homes and shared group settings.

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental health challenges and emotional disorders.
• Effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to align on treatment goals and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize culturally-appropriate communication strategies to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain compliance with organizational and financial structures, utilizing available systems for accurate documentation and reporting.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in clinical practice according to professional guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to improve clinical skills and client outcomes.
• Identify and address safety concerns; proactively develop strategies for crisis intervention and ensure a safe environment.
• Conduct valid assessments and screenings, designing integrated care plans that link clients to necessary resources.
• Carry a manageable caseload, facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Monitor entrance, ongoing participation, and discharge processes for clients, ensuring appropriate follow-up and care continuity.
• Engage in committee work aimed at enhancing agency services and quality improvement initiatives.

You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals from various ethnic backgrounds who face socioeconomic barriers to care. The role will require a strong commitment to understanding and embracing the cultural, social, and economic factors that impact the mental health of our clients. Your approach will involve providing tailored interventions that are sensitive to the unique needs of each individual.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field is mandatory.
• Possession of a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New Jersey.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and crisis management specific to pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple clients and prioritize requests effectively.
• A passion for serving medically underserved communities and a commitment to fostering client empowerment and recovery.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, enhancing our ability to serve the community.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package also includes a sign-on bonus, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k plan with company matching contributions.
