General Function

The Program Aide will be responsible for assisting with the preparation, implementation, and event management of youth and adult programming.

Education/Experience/Training/Certifications

  • Experience working with children in a supervised setting is preferred, not required.

  • Basic programming knowledge is preferred, not required.

  • Experience working with neurodivergent children is preferred.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists in the planning and implementation of programming activities.

  • Ensures programs run smoothly by assisting where needed. This includes assisting with programs or teaching programs.

  • Maintain the quality and inventory of the supplies, equipment, and materials. 

  • Assists in the proper storage of program equipment.

  • Performs other assigned duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Abilities & Skills

  • Ability to move equipment; must have the strength to lift, carry, push, or pull
