We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Porter to join our team in Hammond, LA.Job DetailsSalary: Competitive, to be discussed during the hiring processJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Hammond, LA 70403Position SummaryThe Automotive Porter is responsible for maintaining and servicing vehicles with the goal of ensuring a 100% customer satisfaction experience upon vehicle delivery. This role requires interaction with Product Specialists, Service Managers, Sales Managers, and customers on a daily basis.Key ResponsibilitiesLead yourself and support the team in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles before delivery to customers.Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages prior to return and report any issues immediately.Clean both the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle lot by moving vehicles as directed following dealership display standards.Pickup and deliver vehicles to and from storage as needed.Test batteries of customer vehicles in the service area.Maintain building and grounds when necessary.Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries as required.Work HoursThis is a full-time, in-person position.
