Join Our Team as a Co Head Housekeeper at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Holland!

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring cleanliness and comfort? At DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Holland, located in the charming city of Holland, MI, we take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. We’re looking for a dedicated Co Head Housekeeper to help lead our housekeeping team and maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect.

Position Summary

As a Co Head Housekeeper, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet our impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field who is ready to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist the housekeeping team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring timely restocking.
  • Address guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the management team to uphold the hotel’s brand standards and guest satisfaction goals.
