Household Manager & Personal Assistant

Are you the person who keeps a busy home running like clockwork? Help a CEO’s family stay organized — schedules, school, errands, and light office support — so they can focus on work and family.

The Job

  • Run the household — keep the home organized, errands done, laundry & light cleaning
  • Manage the family calendar — 3 schools, activities, appointments, deadlines
  • Help with school drop-offs/pick-ups (mainly the youngest)
  • Light assistant work — manage the CEO’s calendar and email, flag what matters
  • Stay ahead of problems before they happen

You Need

  • 2–5+ years as a household manager, personal assistant, nanny, or similar
  • Super organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Discreet and trustworthy — you’ll be in a family’s home
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable car
