Job description

Homeward Care LLC is seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a part-time case supporting a female college student.


Multiple shifts are available. You do not have to work every shift. Applicants may select the days and time slots that best fit their availability.


Available Shifts

Morning | Monday–Sunday
6:00 AM – 8:00 AM


  • Morning routine and dressing
  • Personal hygiene and hair care
  • Catheter assistance and related personal care
  • Gauze care
  • Stretching and mobility support


Afternoon | Thursday–Sunday
3:30 PM – 5:30 PM


  • Assist with transition back to the dorm
  • Personal hygiene
  • Light laundry and cleaning
  • Hair care
  • General daily living support


Evening | Monday–Sunday
8:30 PM – 11:30 PM


  • Clothing changes and personal care
  • Catheter assistance
  • Saline and related care according to the client’s care plan
  • Stretching, positioning, and mobility assistance
  • Bypass care


What We’re Looking For


  • Dependable and punctual
  • Compassionate and respectful of client privacy and independence
  • Comfortable assisting with personal care and ADLs
  • Able to follow an individualized care plan
  • Comfortable working in a college/dorm environment
  • Willing to complete required DSP training and onboarding
  • Previous DSP, caregiver, home care, CNA, or personal care experience preferred
