In this career, you work on high-level projects and must ensure the processes fall in line with the business and IT strategies. Often, you deliver work that relies on expert knowledge. As a domain expert, you must understand how the enterprise relies on COTS application and have an in-depth understanding of business structures such as share trading. They work closely with solution architects, developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure that the architecture aligns with both organizational strategy and technical requirements. Regular collaboration includes participating in design workshops, reviewing solutions for compliance with architectural standards, and guiding teams in implementing best practices. This cross-functional coordination helps to mitigate risks, streamline delivery, and maintain architectural integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
