Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Lead specializing in the Actimize platform and AML domain. The role involves providing technical leadership in implementation projects, reviewing architecture, and guiding teams on architecture solutions within the financial crime and compliance sector.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership in current implementation projects and on the customer AML road map.
• Review and Document the current architecture of the NICE Actimize Solutions & provide recommendations.
• Provide recommendations on the Legacy to Actimize migrations by closely working with the business and IT teams.
• Solve complex implementation and performance problems and manage client expectations and help in troubleshooting customer issues during implementation, UAT, PROD and Postproduction.
• Perform gap analysis, feasibility studies and prepare reports for client.
• Design solutions to complex business problems in AML space.
• Guide technical teams on architecture solutions.
• Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 12+ years of information technology experience in a large, highly regulated enterprise.
• Skills: Advanced Java Concepts, Spring Boot, RDBMS Concepts
• AML Domain experience - CTR, SAM, Customer Risk Scoring, or Sanctions Screening frameworks.
• Experience in financial crime/AML & Compliance Portfolio, Fraud Detection & Prevention, Financial Markets Compliance
• Highly Experienced with Actimize platform
• Should be experienced in Java/J2EE, Unix, RDBMS, and PL/SQL, Springboot, Rest API, AWS, Container technologies.
