We understand that the role of a Chef goes far beyond cooking. It requires leadership, discipline, passion, and a strong commitment to excellence. We are looking for a Chef who can deliver high-quality culinary experiences while providing exceptional customer service.


Reporting to Food Services operations, you will take a hands-on approach, focusing on team development, culinary expertise, adherence to health and safety standards, and client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in achieving budgetary objectives and executing the company’s programs and standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage the full meal production process
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen and service teams while fostering teamwork and a positive work environment
  • Set up and organize workstations
  • Prepare meals and respond to catering requests
  • Ensure portion control accuracy and compliance with Aramark quality standards
  • Participate in service operations
  • Complete production, temperature, and waste logs, etc.
  • Maintain high-quality food services and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Optimize food and labor costs
  • Ensure the implementation of management programs, health, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Monitor and control service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct monthly inventory
  • Be able to respond to operational needs
Qualifications
  • Position requires two to three years of experience in a related role.
  • Position requires two to three years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Culinary degree is considered an asset.
  • Position requires advanced knowledge of food service principles and practices.
  • Position requires hands-on experience in people and/or problem management.
  • Position requires strong oral, reading, and written communication skills.
