Job description

H2 Performance Consulting seeks an experienced professional to support the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Job Corps in oversight of the national Health & Wellness Program. The role supports policy implementation, compliance, quality improvement, technical assistance, assessments, reporting, and collaboration with Government stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities

        Provide overall contract leadership and serve as primary point of contact.

        Lead quality control, staffing, reporting, risk management, policy implementation, and client communications.

        Oversee SMEs and Program Analysts.

        Manage deliverables and continuous quality improvement.

        Prepare monthly reports, participate in meetings, provide technical assistance, and support continuous improvement.

 Required Qualifications

        Degree from an accredited institution; 10+ years managing a comparable residential or health program; experience with strategic planning, quality improvement, policy analysis, and data management.

        Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination.

Preferred Qualifications

        Federal program management, Job Corps, WIOA, DOL or public health experience.
