About the Role
As a Dog Bather / Groomer in Training, you'll be hands-on with the dogs, helping them look and feel their best. You'll start by mastering the basics-bathing, drying, and providing routine wellness care-with the opportunity to advance into a certified Groomer role through our training program!
This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to grow their skills, work in a fun environment, and make a difference in the lives of dogs and their families.
What You'll Do
Bathe, blow-dry, clip/grind nails, clean ears, brush coat, clean teeth, and express glands
Prep dogs for grooming according to the service ticket
Perform wellness checks using our S.C.E.N.T. Check app
Work as part of a team to ensure services are completed efficiently
Assist team members and ask for assistance when needed
Ensure the safety of all dogs and team members at all times
Follow Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices
Perform other duties as needed to keep the center running smoothly
