This policy is designed to create a more relaxed and enjoyable work environment, reduce stress, and improve employee satisfaction. However, there are typically guidelines to ensure that dogs are well-behaved, vaccinated, and do not disrupt other employees. Not all workplaces are suited for a dog-friendly policy, so it's important to check the specific company's rules before bringing a dog to work.
