Locations: School sites throughout the South Bay Area, California
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5-7.5 hours/day
Pay: $28-$32/hour (DOE)

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable individuals with ABA or school aide experience to fill School Aide roles in general education and special education classrooms. You'll be assigned to support one student or classroom throughout the day, helping our learners succeed socially, behaviorally, and academically.
What You'll Do
  • Support students using data-driven supports
  • Help students transition between tasks and environments
  • Collaborate with teachers and clinical supervisors to implement individualized plans
  • Collect and graph behavior data daily to track progress
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members

The pay range for this role is:
28 - 32 USD per hour (Saratoga)
