A court monitor maintains the safety of patrons in and around the jumping surfaces and foam pits. The Court Monitor Staff reports directly to the Team Leader or the Manager of Altitude Trampoline Park.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Represent Altitude Trampoline Park by maintaining a professional attitude in keeping with the park's philosophy
  • Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner.
  • Maintain positive guest experience by using our SMILES philosophy
  • Communicate any potentially dangerous elements of the facility to the leadership team
  • Perform patron surveillance with a whistler from the pre-set surveillance area
  • Remain alert and use all senses
  • Record equipment inspections
  • Complete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day, and report problems to manager on duty
  • Maintaining a clean work environment
  • Set up trampoline stations for various activities such as aerobics classes, dodgeball,
  • Handle all incidents in a manner appropriate to your training
  • Assist the Park Management Team in keeping the Community informed of party activities
  • Maintain a safe and secure facility for all park guests
  • Provides or performs other services or duties as required by management

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Must be 16 years of age with working papers
  • Ability to communicate
  • Professional, "Altitude" attitude and work
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast- paced environment.
