Job Description:
Baylor University is seeking Summer REC Camp Counselors that will be responsible for the supervision, activities, and investment of campers under the leadership of the Campus Recreation team.
This is a temporary position anticipated to end on 8/5/26.
Lead games and sports such as basketball, kickball, and dodgeball
Assist with activities such as swimming, rock climbing, and the marina
Facilitate small-group discussion and invest into campers
Maintain order by providing care, resolving conflict, and setting a positive example for the campers
